Daixun He (prounced 'Dye Shing He')

Daixun is an experienced native Chinese teacher living in Wexford. She teaches Chinese to adults and children.

She could be very helpful to:

Daixun is a qualified Chinese language and literature teacher with 9 years teaching experience.

She teaches standard Mandarin, writing standard simple Chinese characters and recognizing traditional Chinese characters, speaking and writing well in English. She arranges content in accordance with students’ requirement, keeping the class easy to understand and lively.

From 1999 to 2008, since graduating from university, Daixun worked in the 75th Middle School as a teacher. This is a public school which has nearly 50 years’ history. She taught mainly Chinese language and literature for grades 7, 8 and 9 from 1999 to 2007 and changed to teaching English from September 2007 till June 2008, because of a shortage of English teachers.

MA Linguistics and Applied Linguistics: Huazhong University of Science and Technology – 2001 to 2003.
